About Us

Cathy Carr, LMFT  (MFC 49979)
Cathy has worked with families in school and community settings for over 19 years. She has a diverse array of experience including middle school teacher, mental health consultant, parent educator, licensed therapist, and mom's group facilitator.  In her private practice, one of Cathy's specialties is supporting new families and their transition into parenthood.  Cathy is also the mother of two sons who remind her daily of the joys and challenges of parenting.
 


Natashia Fuksman, M.A. Counseling Psychology

With over 20 years of working with individuals, couples and families Natashia leads group and works as a psychotherapist in South Berkeley. Natashia's practice focus' on working with women and couples, with keen expertise in dealing with intimacy, identity and bonding. Originally from NYC, Natashia is the featured doula and childbirth educator in, "The Business of Being Born". She has served on local, national and international boards for organizations affiliated with birth and parenting. In addition to Natashia's private practice and her OM2M groups, she is the proud founder of Living Room Sessions: Women's Meditation and Conversation, and offers a quarterly talk and intimacy workshop for couples who are in the midst of raising young children. Natashia has two elementary age boys, a wonderful partner in life and is also passionate about hula hooping, paddle boarding and yoga.
